Jaclyn S. Alcantara Associate

Jaclyn focuses her practice on intellectual property prosecution and counseling. Her patent prosecution experience includes the preparation and prosecution of electrical, electronic, audio, computer, software, communication, and mechanical patent applications, leaning heavily on her electrical engineering degree (with an emphasis in audio engineering). Specifically, she has drafted and prosecuted patent applications for aerospace technologies, manufacture of composite materials, factory robotics, GPS, agricultural equipment, hunting equipment, medical devices, and optical sensors.

Jaclyn also has experience with various post-issuance proceedings, such as drafting inter partes review petitions. Her practice includes patent infringement and validity analysis, patentability studies, intellectual property licensing and confidentiality agreements.
