Blair concentrates her practice on trademark and copyright issues that span from prosecution to enforcement. She assists clients in securing and protecting their intellectual property, whether it be through procuring a federal trademark or copyright registration or enforcing their proprietary rights against infringers. She works with individuals and businesses in connection with federal litigation matters, global domain name disputes, contractual and licensing matters, and general issues involving trademark and copyright infringement and unfair competition claims. She has extensive experience in local and federal courts and before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
Blair was awarded her J.D., cum laude, from University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law, where she was an Intellectual Property Research Assistant and the National Champion in the Transactional Lawyering Skills in Intellectual Property Competition. She earned her bachelor’s degree summa cum laude, from Baker University.
