Social media users beware! It is being widely reported that the Committee responsible for the upcoming international games in Rio is cracking down on social media posts by non-sponsors of the Committee’s names, insignia, slogans and trademarks during the games. Our own Stephen Huggins was recently interviewed by the Kansas City Business Journalabout these heavy-handed policies seeking to restrict any mention to the games from a corporate social media account.
