Darin is experienced in the preparation, prosecution, and enforcement of U.S. and international patents relating to computer software and hardware, electromechanical systems, and mechanical technologies. These wide-ranging technologies include financial management systems, payment processing and fraud detection systems, mobile device technology, medical devices, biosensors, micro-fluidics, electric motors, industrial energy control systems, imaging systems, and advanced manufacturing systems. Working closely with inventors, in-house counsel, and patent examiners, Darin assists clients through the various phases of product design and development to ensure suitable patent protection and strategic consistency.
