Stephen is experienced in all phases of the patent and trademark application process, and regularly advises clients regarding the acquisition and maintenance of their intellectual property. Stephen is also experienced in negotiating commercial contracts and in dispute resolution in all  areas of intellectual property.

Stephen came to Hovey Williams after practicing with Dentons US LLP for nearly four years, and before that served as Rep. (U.S.) Kevin Yoder’s chief-of-staff in Rep. Yoder’s final year as Chairman of the Kansas House Appropriations Committee.
